KRISTIN GIBOWITZ

Certified to teach in 2003, Kristin now an E-RYT 500, Trauma Yoga Specialist, Breath Coach, and Enneagram Harmony Practitioner. A trainer for Yoga Download’s 200-hr. Yoga Teacher Training, Kristin is passionate about training up and encouraging yoga teachers to uniquely serve the corners of the world they are called to lead. Years ago, Kristin suffered from a back surgery and found herself on the yoga mat. She realized there was more to the story than back pain. Our yoga journey allows for us to get real and attune to our thought-life, our physical body, and our thirsty souls. “My goal as a yoga teacher is to share my passion and point people towards health and wholeness.” Kristin lives in Parker, CO with her husband Craig and is the mom of three inspiring young women.These days, she’s mostly focused on training teachers and teaching for philanthropic yoga events as the founder of Living Soul Institute.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

Optional add-on activities and massage treatments

Additional meals incl 3 lunches during the retreat which are not included 

40% of the balance is due 90 days before arrival

30% deposit due at time of booking

Your money is fully refundable if the retreat is cancelled by us at any time, or if you cancel 90 days before the retreat start date (or you can choose to apply your deposit towards another upcoming retreat).

The remainder of the balance is due 60 days before arrival

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

30% of the trip price will be charged if you cancel the booking 89-75 days prior to the start date of the retreat

50% of the trip price will be charged if you cancel the booking 74-60 days prior to the start date of the retreat

If you cancel less than 60 days prior to the retreat start date, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited. 

Q. Where should I fly into?
A. You can fly into  Athens International Airport and then fly from there to Mykonos International Airport or take a ferry which takes around 2.5 hours. From the airport/Mykonos town it's just a short 10-15 minute drive to the estate.

Q. Do I need to bring a yoga mat or supplies for classes?
A. No, we will have yoga mats and any other necessary supplies available for you.

FAQs

Q. Do you offer payment plans?
A. Yes! After your 30% deposit we can set up affordable monthly payments for the remainder of your balance. Simply check the box for setting up a monthly payment plan when you register and we will send you the details. 

Q. What will the temperature be like?
A. Expect temperatures to range from 68-77F (20-25C) degrees during the day and 59-64F (15-18C) degrees at night. 

Q. Can I come by myself?
A. Absolutely! Many of our retreat participants come alone as that's part of the fun of these retreats - connecting with like-minded fellow travelers and yoga practitioners in an extremely friendly and welcoming environment!

KYLIE LARSON

Kylie Larson, RYT began practicing yoga in 2002 in an effort to give back to her body for all the work it had done for her in previous athletic endeavors. Somewhere along the line she began to see the benefits of practicing yoga far surpassed the physical and helped to deal with the day to day stress that life throws at you. It soon became a passion of hers. Kylie completed the Green Mountain School of Yoga's 200+ hour training and she is now a registered yoga teacher. Her teaching style is upbeat and energetic, sprinkled with bits of yoga philosophy. She likes her students to have fun during class and get a workout, but also wants them to realize it's not just about the asana.

In the fall of 2008 she began to teach spin/yoga, combining the tremendous cardiovascular training of a spin class followed by a yoga class focusing on lengthening the muscles used during the ride, building power and strength, increasing flexibility, and deepening the mind/body connection. This fusion class allows students to work on complete fitness: strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility all in one class. By bringing yoga into she spin room, students can learn how to take their yoga into every situation, not just on the mat.
